Hours: Monday-Friday: 9AM – 4 PM, September – June  (closed for all school holidays and summer season) 
Services: Assessment (medical/ dental history; blood pressure; head, neck and oral cancer screening; periodontal disease; radiographic; oral and systemic risk; dental caries) and treatments (Oral prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, dental sealants, fluoride application, mouth guard, desensitization, tooth whitening, health education). 
Eligibility: Multiple appointments (2-4) and extended appointment lengths (3 hours) are required for most clients. Services are not recommended for persons with medical issues preventing them from sitting for extended lengths of time. 
Fees: Due at the first appointment. A fee schedule is located on the website. 
Insurance: None accepted. No sliding scale.

Services: Dental Assessments, Cleanings, X-Rays, Sealants and Fluoride Treatments. 
Eligibility: Provide accurate medical history to scheduling coordinator during intake. Must NOT be medically compromised (Uncontrolled Diabetic and/or Heart Condition), or have been referred to a Perio Specialist requiring surgery (diagnosed with Advanced Periodontal Disease). 
Fees: FREE to all children, adults and seniors.

Hours: Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM 
Services: General Dentistry, Emergency Care, Endodontics, Oral and Facial Surgery, Oral Medicine, Orthodontics, Pathology and Radiology, Pediatric Dentistry, Periodontics and Prosthodontics are all offered at one of VCU’s 3 practices. Student Practice (general services, hygiene and a reduced rate for students), Resident Practice (Board-certified faculty members direct this practice, where residents provide services), and Faculty Practice (staffed by full-time faculty members, many of which are specialists with board certification or board eligibility). 
Eligibility: Initial screening visit (includes exam and panoramic X-ray to determine needs). Acceptance into which practice is based on curriculum needs. Fees: Most insurance plans are accepted. CareCredit, cash, check and credit cards accepted. Payment is due upon delivery of services.
