Services: Emergency care is available for all Eastern Shore of Virginia residents. Comprehensive services (fillings, extractions and cleanings) for high risk populations (children, pregnant women, diabetics, patients who have HIV, patients receiving radiation and/or chemotherapy for cancer, prospective organ transplant or prosthetic joint replacement recipients, and patients with other complex medical conditions referred by a Rural Health medical provider) 
Eligibility: Valid ID and proof of income required (W2). 
Fees: Sliding fee scale to patients who are uninsured or underinsured. 
Insurances: Accepts most medical and dental insurances
For a need that is not an emergency, but can’t wait until we are open to call, dial 1-877-516-9589. We also offer advice for dental emergencies (both infections and accidents) when offices are closed by calling this number. For all other dental needs please call during normal office hours. For emergencies call 911 immediately!
